Our small group sessions are designed for siblings, friends, and teammates who want to train together at an elite level. With limited group sizes, each participant receives personalized attention to maximize results. All participants must be scheduled and attend at the same time, ensuring a focused and cohesive training experience.

Unlimited use of all facility equipment and basketball court (when available)
Group Classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am to 9am. These workouts combine high-intensity exercises with minimal rest. The goal is to condition the body and burn more calories. Classes also consist of strength training to help tone and strengthen the body.
All rentals are subject to availability with priority given to internal training schedules. All other rentals will be on a first come, first serve basis and require a security deposit and rental agreement.
